Bio:
Theodosia “Theo” is a fun, energetic nanny with a passion for compassionate communication and teaching her kids how to be independent and resilient. Theo’s expertise lies in caring for children ages newborn to 13 years. Growing up, she was never consciously taught about emotional intelligence and now believes that this should be a more integrative part of early childhood education. She is hands-on, and her number one goal is to give children her undivided attention. One of her most favorite exercises is taking kids outside to have them discover the world’s natural wonders. In addition to childcare, Theo holds a job as a birder and naturalist with Hawaiʻi Birding and Nature. She is also an athlete, 5th-grade lacrosse coach, vegetarian cook, ecopreneur, and yoga teacher, and loves leading organized activities with large groups of children. In short, Theo strives to meet the individual needs of each client and is excited to work with your kids.
