The Interview

If the family likes what they see, we’ll schedule an interview between you and them ASAP. We’ll also set you up for success with handy tips for nailing an interview. We’ll follow up with both you and the family post-interview to see how things went.

The Hiring

If the family believes you’re a great fit and wants to hire you, congratulations! We’ll help you outline employment terms and contract details to ensure smooth sailing.
